® Special tools: Honda jet sizer
A thirty-five-part series

This is a factory Honda tool, no longer available, that consisted of a set of variously sized stainless steel wires housed in an aluminum case. It was designed to be used to poke a jet, and more importantly, to accurately size it. The wires didn't have serrations on them, so despite appearing like an acetylene torch tip cleaner, it was not one. Unfortunately, the aftermarket, in its usual asinine style, took the appearance and ran with it, and they offer torch tip cleaning file sets marketed as carburetor jet tools. Stay far away from them!

Here is a promising alternative. Sold by a Brit website, "Biker's Toolbox", this may be a handy equivalent to the obsolete Honda tool. Jet drills are also commonly used for sizing also, carefully.
