There is a lot of need out there for good repair work on 1960s Honda carburetors. The vintage powersports scene is huge. Many riders are discovering these fifty-plus year old motorcycles for the first time. Unfortunately, the best factory parts are all gone, making effective rebuilds very difficult.

1960s 450 DOHC twin carburetors. When well-fettled, they work well.

Left side carburetor. One of the earliest constant velocity carbs, the 450/500 DOHC twin carbs ate under-appreciated.

Right side carburetor. As part of the rebuild, these carbs got all new zinc plating on their steel brackets and hardware.
