What is quality? Is it using the best parts? Sure, that's a part of what goes into quality work. What about the best technique, that is, assembling and adjusting and fitting in the most qualified, expert way? That's a part of quality too, right? Of course it is. And admitting your mistakes, too; that's an element in quality, for sure. Is quality more than all of these, as good and as necessary as they are? It is. Quality is an ethos as well as an ethic; an attitude, one that finds enjoyment in the work all the way to its completion.
