Belt Light Reset Procedure. Actually four procedures effective for all models having belt monitoring systems. Basically an eLearning supplement to bulletin ATV 07-02, with interactivity, knowledge checks, the works.

K.O.R.E. stands for Kawasaki Owner Relationship Excellence. It is Kawasaki's first customer satisfaction system. Part 1 is about how to manage Hot Alerts, or responses to customer surveys requiring immediate action. Interactive.

K.O.R.E. Part 2. How to use the dealer growth tools. K.O.R.E. contains a kind of "back end" portion designed to enable tracking and dashboarding customer feedback on dozens of issues and parameters, including the ability to compare the dealership with others in the region and also nationwide. Interactive.

Optmizing Your Customer's Service Experience. A live course conducted during the 2012 and 2013 training seasons. A very successful course that was discontinued when the K.O.R.E. program was established.

ZX-10R battery prep. An online course. Three steps to preparing Kawasaki's minimalist sportbike battery.

Kawasaki Assembly and Prep. Includes a significant section on the importance of delivery, including role-playing, knowledge checks, the whole deal.

How to Use the Kawsasaki Product Support Hotline. Interactive online course. Our first interactive program, and an important one for our dealers.

Service Manager Fundamentals Part 1. Interactive online course. Kind of a hodge-podge. I was the subject matter expert and project leader only on this one. It was written and produced by Pacific Technologies Solutions.

Managing the Repair Campaign Process. The thrust of this program is the proper handling of recalls and other Kawasaki service campaigns. Properly ordering parts, scheduling work, using k-dealer's online vehicle record lookup, and more.

Introduction to Kawasaki Diagnostic System (KDS). An introduction to Kawasaki's digital fuel injection and engine management troubleshooting software. Identifying the system pieces, hooking up to a vehicle, and using the seven most commonly used KDS functions.

2009. Part 3 of a three-part program about Kawasaki's Good Times Protection Plan, the company's own ESC. On assignment, wrote, produced, and directed. Shooting and post by Dealership University in Atlanta. (DU also has a new-ish dealer marketing consulting and solution provider business, Powersports Marketing). They're good people. Tory Hornsby is a special fella. This version of the project was made just for the Service Manager.

======Hands-On course lesson plans======
The H2 course is a one-day course with seven objectives. The historical, Beyond Belief, 320 hp, 230 mph, 21 psi supercharged hot rod introduced a number of exotic new technologies to the Kawasaki product line, many of which brought unique maintenance requirements as well.
The KDS course is a two-day course with five objectives. Students are required to install this important diagnostic tool, download and install updates, properly connect to various Kawasaki vehicles, use KDS' seven main functions, and use KDS (Kawasaki Diagnostic System) to troubleshoot an actual problem on a vehicle.
The street bike course is a two -day course with five objectives. The entry-level course focuses on performing critical factory-prescribed maintenance tasks.
The Side x Side course is a three day course with twelve objectives. Students test fuel pumps, adjust valves on the Kawasaki Mule and Teryx, perform troubleshooting procedures, rebuilds the CVT, and more.
The Ultra course is a three-day course with twelve objectives. The Ultra course is all about Kawasaki's supercharged personal Jet Ski watercraft. The student troublshoots performance, times camshafts, services the supercharger, and rebuilds the jet pump.
