This is my own bike. I bought it from American Honda directly, at an employee sale. The 12,000 mile machine had been abused by several magazine testers, and had warped brake discs and a burnt clutch. As you see it here, I have modified it quite a bit. I had a frame and suspension shop back in those days, and this was my test "mule" for ideas I was trying out. Note Aspencade (thinner and lighter) brake rotors, the floating rear brake assembly (using a CB125 disc), the CB1100F front fork, blacked-out wheels, and the handmade exhaust system (using Ontario Moto Tech silencers). Also, the fairing has been raised on its mounting 2 1/2", the machine wears a factory optional rear turnsignal relocation kit, and lower VF750 Sabre handlebars.
